Nous rapportons depuis des années que des colons attaquent des communautés palestiniennes sur leurs terres en Cisjordanie en toute impunité et c'est vraiment le cœur du problème, l'impunité dont jouissent les auteurs de telles violations graves. Nous avons vérifié depuis le 7 octobre jusqu'à hier la mort de 609 Palestiniens en Cisjordanie, y compris Jérusalem-Est, 146 enfants, huit femmes et au moins quatre personnes handicapées. Clairement, cela doit cesser et la clé pour cela sera la responsabilité des auteurs

Il y a eu des attaques de colons, de forces de sécurité israéliennes aussi contre les Palestiniens en Cisjordanie et en grande partie nous voyons l'impunité. Il y a eu très peu d'enquêtes mais même dans ces cas, la plupart du temps elles ne se concluent pas par la justice pour les victimes et pour les auteurs. Il y a des rapports de forces de sécurité israéliennes restant passives pendant que les attaques ont lieu. Il y a même des rapports d'armes distribuées aux colons. Il y a donc clairement une responsabilité de l'État à cet égard."”
