The results of the recorded votes are as follows.
18 in favour, 7 against, 22 abstentions.
The draught proposal L 21 is adopted.
Copies of the results of the votes will shortly be uploaded on the extranet, and since it was the Ross last resolution adopted under the agenda item 4, I'm opening the four for explanations of vote after the vote.
