President, I believe it.
It is difficult to bring in witnesses of over 150 families that were totally decimated, thousands of children that were killed.
But first and foremost, I would like to welcome the Commission of Inquiry.
We thank them and the Secretariat for their report.
Though the occupation forces did not cooperated, the report includes a number of of lists of violations of human rights since the 7th of October.
Even though it is not clear why, the report focused extensively on the 7th of October events.
In the introduction, we reaffirm the importance of the annexes.
We reaffirm our position to refuse the targeting of civilians in general, in accordance with the resolutions of this Council and the importance of releasing administrative detainees and all cases of enforced disappearances as fast as possible.
We call on the Committee to continue its investigation.

President, the number of martyrs in Gaza has exceeded 37,400 / 80,000 wounded, 72% of them women and children, and thousands still under the rubble.
In the West Bank there are 553 martyrs, including 130 children.
Over 9000 were detained since the 7th of October.
Of them, 3700 are still in the occupation prisons, including 640 children.
This, in addition to daily attacks by herds of settlers and the occupation army and violations against the inhabitants of Jerusalem, as well as the continuing of looting of the building of settlements and threats to the authority.
As a punitive measure for the recognition of the State of Palestine, the occupation forces continue the genocidal war against the Palestinian people.
This was reaffirmed by this Special Rapporteur in her port during the last session.
This was also reaffirmed in the ICJ decisions and the additional measures decision last March.
You have seen the massacres perpetrated this year, the Alhiyam massacre, the Flower massacre, then Serat massacre, in addition to the continuing use of starvation as a weapon, destroying infrastructure and stopping the food, fuel, water, electricity, which started 9th of October.
And that in spite of all the resolutions taken by the international community, not to mention that the Rafah crossing point has been closed since last month.
We have sent to you yesterday a list of the inciting and racist statements by the government of the occupation and the Knesset.
No need to repeat them here.
The report has reaffirmed that there is no evidence to ****, not what we hear, which are lies.
There can be no justification for targeting hospitals, schools, places of worship.
The occupation forces know that there are children, women, civilians there and often there was no notification to evacuate.
The targeting of children, women and the elderly and the disabled during displacement is a war crime.
The report referred to the forcible transfer of over 1,700,000 people, which is also a war crime.
The committee concluded that the occupation forces perpetrated gender and gender based violence and there are crimes, crimes against humanity and genocidal crimes perpetrated against the civilians.
All this for racist, national, ethnical, cultural, religious reasons and this is a genocide and a crime against humanity, The president interrupts.
Kindly Sir, could you please conclude your statement?
Says the President.
Microphone for the speaker microphone.
We reiterated that the States that assume their responsibilities in accordance with the Geneva Conventions and Articles 146147148 of the 4th Geneva Convention and to undertake investigations as well as to fully cooperate with the investigation of the ICE International Criminal Court and stopping the transfer of arm.
And lastly, we saw the approval by the US of military equipment here.
I would like to ask the Commission what are the possible measures that can be taken if the genocidal war continues against our people, the President?
I thank you for your statement and I apologise, but the time is up and we have to abide by the.
