Arrival of the delegations of the 5+5 Libyan Joint Military (JMC) Commission at the United Nations in Geneva, on the fourth day of the fourth round of talks, 22 October 2020.
The meeting is hosted under the guidance of Ms. Stephanie Williams, Acting Special Representative of the Secretary-General (ASRSG) and Head of the UN Stabilization Mission in Libya (UNSMIL).
This round of talks features in-person meetings between the delegations of the two parties to the conflict in Libya, and builds on previous deliberations, including the recommendations that emerged from the meeting held in Hurghada, Egypt, from 28-30 September 2020.
